MFA Quick Guide
- Login with your Cooper Carry credentials( email and password).
- Click on your Initials or picture on the top right of the screen. Then select “View Account”.

- Select “update info” on the Security Info tab.

- On the next page select “Add Sign in method” and follow the steps.

- Once you complete the set up you may need to login with the newly added MFA setup.
- Close and Re-open Outlook on any of your devices. A screen like below should pop-up.
- Confirm the last 2 digits of the phone number on the screen then select the text option.

- Enter the verification code and click “Verify”

Note: You may have to remove and re-add your email account from your mobile phone if you are using the native mail application on your Apple or Android device. The Microsoft Outlook app will just prompt you for verification.
